Gatherings exceeding 6 visitors are not allowed, this rental is to be used for vacation purposes only.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
You are provided with bath towels and pool towels. Please do not use bath towels outside of the villa.
When washing linen belonging to the villa, please note bath towels/ pool towels and sheets must be washed separately to avoid damages. Any damages, cost to replace will be deducted from security deposit.
Please let Management know when there is breakage or damage, as wear and tear is taken into consideration.
Moving around of furniture is not permitted, subject to a moving fee.
Please keep all noise at a reasonable level.
If there are any complaints during your stay simply let us know, so we have an opportunity to resolve them
Must be punctual for your scheduled check out time, sent via WhatsApp. Any changes please call an hour before, please note management has the right to deny if check-out is past 11 am.
All personal belongings must be packed, and villa left in a good condition before your check out time, agent is just responsible to collect keys.
Garbage must be taken to communal bin on compound before check-out.
Ensure keys are handed over to your check out agent/ If doing a self check -out that keys are in designated area as instructed by agent.
