Located within the Grafton area, this spacious three bedroom is only a 2-minute drive from Stone Haven Bay/ a 5-minute drive from Mt Irvine. With many amenities in very close proximity, such as an ATM, restaurants, bars and a minimart!
One bedroom is located downstairs, alongside the newly renovated kitchen which has an open plan concept, with a view of the pool. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, both rooms open out onto a large verandah overlooking the pool. Newly renovated bathrooms are all ensuite, along with a powder room for guests.
Pool deck is perfect for entertaining since its flows nicely from the kitchen/ living space onto the pool deck, along with a covered barbeque station.
Sugar Bird sleeps 8 persons comfortably, but an additional 2 single mattresses can be provided (only upon request when booking!)
